🏷️ Wholesale Accounts

How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Fill out our Wholesale Account Application form. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation and wholesale pricing will automatically appear when you log in.

How long does it take to get approved?
Most applications are reviewed as soon as they come in, at most they will be reviewed in 24 hours. You’ll receive an email once your account has been activated.

How do I access wholesale pricing?
You must be logged in with an approved wholesale account. When logged in, you’ll see wholesale products and pricing automatically.

Can I use my wholesale discount in-store or for custom jobs?
Yes, approved wholesale accounts apply to all orders placed through our online store or directly through our sales team unless otherwise noted.

Is there a minimum order amount?

We do not require minimums for wholesale orders. Order only what you need - big or small.

🖨️ Ordering & Production

How long does production take?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Larger or bulk jobs may take slightly longer, but we’ll always let you know if it will take longer. If you need this order pushed ahead, please add our rush option when ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin production quickly, so changes or cancellations must be made before printing has begun. If you need to cancel an order, call or email us as soon as possible.

Do you offer proofs before printing?
The design preview in your online order acts as your proof. Your order will print exactly as shown there. If you need a proof other than this, please add the “Manual Proof” when ordering.

📦 Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Longview, TX. You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is complete. Our pickup hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location. Most standard shipments arrive in 1–5 business days.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the continental U.S. using UPS or freight carriers for oversized items.

🎨 Artwork & File Setup

What file types do you accept?
We recommend PDF or high-resolution JPG/PNG files (at least 300 DPI at final size).

Do you check files before printing?
Yes, every file is reviewed by our print team for major defects before printing. We are not responsible for files being sized incorrectly or resolution being too low. Please ensure your file looks good and is sized correctly before ordering.

How do I make sure my image is sized correctly?
Please upload artwork at the same size as your product. ⚠️ Avoid using small, low-resolution images for large prints.

Do you offer contour cutting?
Yes, we offer contour cutting on all rigid materials. Purchase the add-on at checkout to have your product cut.

🧰 Product & Material Info

Are your prints weatherproof?
Yes our outdoor rated prints are. Our latex inks are GREENGUARD Gold Certified and rated for both indoor and outdoor use for at least 5 years. Some substrates are not rated for outdoor use.
