Processing Time

Most standard orders are produced and shipped within 24 hours (next business day). Custom jobs, large quantities, or proof requests may require additional production time. You’ll always be notified if your order needs extra time.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via UPS Ground and UPS Freight, depending on order size. We also offer Local Pickup in Longview, TX, and Local Delivery in select areas.

Pickup Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is complete.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by location and carrier but are typically 1–5 business days after production. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. Large-format or freight shipments may require a custom quote.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and contents immediately. Report it to us at support@altprintshop.com within 5 business days so we can file a claim and arrange a reprint if necessary.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
