ALT Print Shop Refund and Return Policy

At ALT Print Shop, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of every print order, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow cancellations once printing has begun.

Reprints for Verified Errors

If an error occurs that is determined to be our fault, we will gladly reprint the affected items at no charge. To qualify for a reprint, customers must provide clear proof of the issue, such as photos or the return of the product, within five (5) business days of receiving the order. Once verified, a reprint will be issued as the exclusive remedy.

Exclusions

Reprints will not be issued for mistakes originating from customer-provided files or designs, including but not limited to typos, color variations, file resolution, or incorrect sizing. Please review all designs and proofs carefully before submitting your order.
